CEDAR HILLS, Ore. - When you think of gymnastics, you probably think of the high-flying Olympians exhibiting almost super-human skills.

But how do they get their start learning all the tumbling, balance-beaming and pommel-horsing?

Most likely like this week's Little All-Stars who were learning the basics at the Cedar Hills Recreation Center facility.

If you look closely, you might see some of the gymnasts who will be defying gravity in 2020.
