FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) — Dominic Waters capped a career-high 41-point performance by hitting two free throws with 6.5 seconds remaining in the fourth overtime Sunday to give Portland State a 92-91 win over Northern Arizona.

The Vikings (12-4, 3-0 Big Sky) trailed 36-20 at halftime and never led in regulation. They forced overtime when Waters' layup in traffic with 9 seconds left tied the score at 57.

Cameron Jones had 21 points for Northern Arizona (4-10, 1-2) and made two foul shots with 9.4 seconds left to force a second overtime at 64-64.

Zarko Comagic's 3-pointer with 45 seconds remaining tied the score at 75 for the Lumberjacks and forced a third overtime, which ended at 84-84 when Jones hit a driving shot at the buzzer.

Josh Wilson, who had a career-high 25 points, gave Northern Arizona a 91-90 lead on a 3-pointer with 13 seconds left in the fourth overtime before Waters made his game-winning free throws.

Defending conference champion Portland State has now won 17 consecutive Big Sky games and eight straight on the road, both school records.

Waters was 14-of-24 from the field, made 6 of 8 3-pointers and had 16 of his points in the overtime periods.

Jeremiah Dominguez finished with 22 points for Portland State in the longest game in the school's basketball history.

It was the Lumberjacks' first four-overtime game since the 1965-66 season.

Comagic had 18 points and 14 rebounds while Wilson had seven assists and became just the fourth player in Big Sky history to get 600 career assists.
