PORTLAND, Ore. - The Trail Blazers have wasted no time in deciding who they want in the free agent market but their pursuit of Heko Turkoglu has reportedly upset Rudy Fernandez.

Word is the Trail Blazers contacted forward Heko Turkoglu the first minute they were allowed to by the league and reports are that Nate McMillan flew to Orlando on Wednesday to have dinner with the forward.

A Blazers official confirmed with KATU that the 30-year-old will be in Portland for a tour of the city on Thursday.

Turkoglu averaged about 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists last year for Orlando.  He is said to be seeking a five-year deal with close to $50 million.

The courting of Turkoglu has apparently upset Rudy Fernandez so much that he might want out of the Rose City. A league source told ESPN.com that Fernandez was so angered by the Blazers' interest in Turkoglu that he would prefer to play overseas.
