The Game: Outlaw sparks Blazers over Rockets - Reserve Travis Outlaw scored 23 points and the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Houston Rockets 96-87 in the season opener Tuesday night.

If the Blazers handed out a most-improved player award for the preseason, Oden would win it hands down.

He’s not worried about Miller’s attitude even though he’s starting on the bench, and said Oden is a hard worker and “cares about doing it the right way.”
