Still over a month away until the NFL Draft, Thursday was the final opportunity for many Ducks to raise their stock at Oregon's Pro Day.
Roughly two dozen NFL scouts including Cincinnati head coach Marvin Lewis and Detroit's Jim Schwartz were in attendance inside the Moshofsky Center.
LaMichael James improved his 40-yard dash time from the NFL combine (4.45) by unofficially being clocked by assistant coach Gary Campbell at 4.29 and 4.30 James said.
The consensus by scouts on hand had him at 4.41.
Darron Thomas threw passes to James, David Paulson, Lavasier Tuinei and Brandon Williams.
A bulked up Cliff Harris was there as well. The cornerback from Fresno said he has put on about 25 pounds.
At one point during drills Harris had to go outside and throw up.
While still getting use to the extra weight, Harris claimed he is in shape, but was just too hot.
Other Oregon athletes who worked out included Anthony Gildon, Eddie Pleasant, Darrion Weems, Mark Asper, Terrell Turner, Dewitt Stuckey and Josh Kaddu.
The NFL Draft begins April 26th.
