Jury selection concludes in Huff DUII case

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — A prosecutor has told jurors that Oregon wide receiver Josh Huff was under the influence of marijuana when he was arrested following a March traffic stop in Eugene.
The Register-Guard newspaper reports that prosecutor Dan Barkovic made the statement during Wednesday's jury selection.
A six-person jury was selected for the misdemeanor case in municipal court. A unanimous verdict is required to convict Huff.
Huff has pleaded not guilty.
