Melvin Morgan scored 11 for the Bengals (1-6), who actually led 5-4 after the first 3 minutes of the game.
But Idaho State was never that close again as E.J. Singler made a 3-pointer to give the Ducks a 7-5 advantage. Oregon outscored Idaho State 50-11 from that point to lead 54-16 at halftime.
Kazemi had 11 points and six rebounds in the first half. Dotson scored all of his in the second half.
