PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - The Portland Trail Blazers will have the 13th overall pick in June's NBA draft.

Portland had a 96 percent chance of landing the 13th selection in Tuesday night's draft lottery, and just a 0.60 percent chance of winning the No. 1 pick.

Last season, the Blazers had a 5.3 percent chance to receive the top pick, but they beat those odds. Portland took 7-foot center Greg Oden in the draft.

Team President Larry Miller and general manager Kevin Pritchard represented the Blazers in Secaucus, N.J., home of the NBA Entertainment studios.

The Chicago Bulls won the No. 1 pick in the draft and will likely choose between star freshmen Derrick Rose out of Memphis and Kansas State's Michael Beasley.

At No. 13, the Blazers likely won't have a shot at former Lake Oswego High star Kevin Love, the UCLA All-American who is expected to go in the top 10.

Last season there was much debate about whether the Blazers would select Oden or Kevin Durant, who went No. 2 to the Seattle SuperSonics.

Oden was greeted enthusiastically by Portland fans, but the excitement over his arrival was cooled when he had microfracture knee surgery before his rookie season started.

Before 2007, the last time the Blazers had the top pick was in 1978, when they chose center Mychal Thompson of Minnesota.

The NBA draft will be held June 26 in New York.
