Little All-Stars: Karate class kicks in

CEDAR MILLS, Ore. - It's OK to yell "no!" in the dojo, especially when its about protecting yourself.

That's part of what the little grasshoppers in karate class learn at the Cedar Mills Community Center.

After some intense repetitions of NO!, it's time to break out the kicking dummy for some serious martial arts action, including kicks, punches, some serious stretching and making angry faces.

When the lesson is over, it's time to learn some new words, like thanking the sensei - the instructor - in Japanese.

"Domo arigato!" Thank you very much!
