PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) _ Brandon Roy scored a career-high 32 points and added seven assists as the Portland Trail Blazers ended a 13-game losing streak to the Dallas Mavericks with a 91-82 victory Saturday.

The streak had been a franchise record for the Mavericks over a single opponent.

LaMarcus Aldridge added 18 points and eight rebounds for the Blazers, who extended their modest winning streak to three games after dropping the first three of the season.

The Blazers held Dirk Nowitzki to 11 points, although last season's MVP had nine rebounds. He looked tired and hit just four of 13 field goals.
