PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Trail Blazers have waived forward Quinton Hosley and Guard Donell Taylor, announced General Manager Kevin Pritchard Saturday.  

Coupled with Friday's moves, the Trail Blazers' roster now stands at 16 players.
