Weather Advisory?

But it looks so peacefull and beautifull..
welocome to the Pacific North Wet you can add the "s" if you want lol., were the weather can turn in litterally seconds.

This area ,is the most difficult to predict snd beautifull 50 degree weather can give way to "Hell unleashed" and it can and has went from 60F to 20F in an hours time.
So it is best to head and View the Alerts...Who knows Nothing may happen, or ALL HELL can Break loose...So get your cameras Charged, Get Safe, Protect your car, and have fun shooting... PS use Clear Sandwich baggies to protect your camera :)

... FIRST WINTER LIKE STORM OF THE SEASON TO IMPACT SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON AND NORTHWEST OREGON THIS WEEKEND AND EARLY NEXT WEEK...

A POWERFUL NORTH PACIFIC JET STREAM OR 150 TO 200 KT WILL GUIDE A SERIES OF INCREASINGLY STRONG STORMS ACROSS THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST THIS WEEKEND. THE STORMS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED FRONTAL SYSTEMS WILL BRING WIND... RAIN... AND THE FIRST SIGNIFICANT MOUNTAIN SNOWS OF THE SEASON TO THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST. ADDITIONALLY... THE STORM ACTIVITY OFFSHORE WILL CAUSE SEAS TO BUILD... RESULTING IN DANGEROUS SURF FOR THE COAST BY SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

THE STRONGEST STORM IS EXPECTED TONIGHT AND SUNDAY... PRODUCING THE STRONGEST WINDS ALONG THE COAST... WHERE A HIGH WIND WARNING IS IN EFFECT TONIGHT AND EARLY SUNDAY. WINDS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE AS STRONG IN THE INTERIOR VALLEYS... BUT QUITE BREEZY CONDITIONS SUNDAY AND MONDAY COULD CAUSE SOME DAMAGE TO DECIDUOUS TREES THAT STILL HAVE FULL FOLIAGE.

RAIN WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES TONIGHT AND EARLY SUNDAY... ESPECIALLY ALONG THE COAST AND IN THE MOUNTAINS. THREE TO FIVE INCHES OF RAIN ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS BY SUNDAY NIGHT. IN THE INTERIOR LOWLANDS... UP TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN ARE POSSIBLE BY SUNDAY NIGHT. WHILE RAINFALL TOTALS OF THIS MAGNITUDE ARE NOT EXPECTED TO CAUSE FLOODING PROBLEMS... SOME LOCALIZED URBAN FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE IF STORM DRAINS GET CLOGGED BY FALLEN LEAVES.

POWERFUL SURF WILL POUND THE COAST THIS WEEKEND... WITH DANGEROUS BREAKERS IN THE SURF ZONE. SEAS OFFSHORE ARE EXPECTED TO REACH ABOVE 30 FEET BY SUNDAY AFTERNOON... COMBINING WITH SOME OF THE HIGHEST ASTRONOMICAL TIDES OF THE MONTH. AS A RESULT... COASTAL FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY IN COASTAL SOUTHERN WASHINGTON.

STRONG ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY. SNOW LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO LOWER TO NEAR OR BELOW THE PASSES IN THE CASCADES LATER SUNDAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH MONDAY AND TUESDAY. THIS WILL BRING THE FIRST SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL OF THE SEASON TO THE CASCADES. A COUPLE OF FEET OF NEW SNOW IS POSSIBLE AT THE MAIN SKI RESORTS... WITH CLOSE TO A FOOT OF SNOW AT THE PASSES. EVEN A DUSTING OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE ON THE HIGHEST PEAKS OF THE COAST RANGE.

PEOPLE PLANNING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES... ESPECIALLY IN THE MOUNTAINS AND ALONG THE COAST SHOULD BE READY FOR DETERIORATING WEATHER CONDITIONS... HEAVY RAIN... STRONG GUSTY WINDS... AND COOLER WEATHER... WITH SNOW IN THE CASCADES. THESE CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO LAST INTO THE EARLY PART OF NEXT WEEK.
