I was returning from Eugene to Salem and noticed a funnel cloud developing south of the Hwy 34 exit to Corvallis about 4:30 PM. At first I just thought it was a weird shaped cloud, but it continued to change in shape until it became quite clear it was a funnel cloud. It finally dissapated after a heavy hailstorm.
