Reporting in from Castle Rock WA:
We Seem to have a mysterious hill that has snow on it. that is right only this one hill side here in Castle Rock Washington that has Snow.

It looks like all the other hills only it has snow.

Yet, we have areas that are significantly higher or at or about the same altitude .

So, I have a question. What makes this hillside So unique?
