Ones Pet

Our Pets and Cold Temps Don't Mix

Would you want to sleep in these temperatures?
How would you feel if you were left out side to shiver and you water was frozen?

I bet you wouldn't feel very loved would you?
I beg and employ you to please bring in your pets from the cold.

Being a pet owner is more then just having a pet. it means that you will care for them and love them no matter what they do.

They are pack animals, that means that when left alone they get lonely.

and if you care more for the anterior of your car or House then you do for fido then perhaps you shouldn't own a Dog.

Our pets are more then just some thing to be neither heard nor seen they are the very thing that makes us who we are as pet owners.

As For me my dog has his rightful place. Inside with us where he belongs .Loved and played with as well as up to date on his shots.

Remember You chose to have him/her .

So the least you can do is show them some kindness on these cold winters night.

Perhaps may be you aught to try to sleep in you dogs shelter for one night when these temps drop. and then try to drink your water once it is frozen. I bet you might have a different look.

I am writing this story because I am tired of seeing pets not protected in these cold temps.

I want to make a suggestion re: humming bird feeders. Bring them inside the house so they don't freeze overnite, and the humming birds will have fresh food in the morning. Jack Hargrave Concerned about the birds.

My dog stays inside all the time not unless she needs to go to the bathroom. But our neighbors dog they leave outside all the time, I feel so bad for it and I never see them play with it either :(

My rabbits like the cold. They are more likely to get sick from the summer heat. I just make sure their water is thawed, their food dish is full, their hutch is out of the wind, and their bedding is clean and dry. Some pets like cold.

Good job bringing it up - and offering this friendly reminder of how horribly cold it is outside. Even if you have an outside pet, at least bring it into the garage with some blankets to bury itself in.

I agree with you 100%
