This is a footbridge between Ptarmigan St NW and Westfarthing St NW in West Salem. Glen Creek is usually a small, docile creek. The rain today has raised the level significantly. In the flooding of 1996, the water level was just under the top rail of the bridge. This is the highest we've seen it in quite a long time.
