This photo was taken at 10am by local resident of Longview, WA from Longview Fibre right as the funeral procession was starting over the Rainier Bridge for fallen Rainier Police Chief Ralph Painter.

I was there to witness the procession and the rainbow...it literally raised the hair on the back of my neck. An amazing sight
