I was at the foot of the Longview, WA bridge watching and taking pictures of Chief Painter's procession, which consisted of around 500 police cars and emergency vechiles. The weather was very rainy and windy. As the last two police cars were ending the procession the cloudy broke and a rainbow appeared. This was magical momment. Captured by the photo
