The Sandy River jumped its banks again and took out Lolo Pass Road at the same spot that it usually does, but due to a huge debris pile, some logs left over from 2006, the river moved to the north and onto Lolo Pass Road.
I confirmed one home, Gertrudes old place and antoehr up in Zigzag Village collapsed into the river, with Gertrude's place vanishing without a trace other than what was left of her wood shed.
The structural integrity of the brand new Zigzag River bridge has been compromised due to eroded footings.
