Hope you got a pic of the license plate as well as a close-up of the "Disabled Parking" permit. Turn those in the police with date and time and someone would be receiving a citation!

I agree...juss because one is handicapped, does'nt mean you can go and about w/out your manners and common sense!! shame on that person. did you notice how long they were parked there? I'd turn the pics in to the cops!

Might I suggest calling the non-emergency police line? Handicap permits do not exempt a driver from blocking a crosswalk/ramp/etc.
