a number of years ago there was a major accident Between 2 choppers in the news media, I believe that this maybe a new safety feature. they are very bright.I have a Video of a news chopper with similar lighting pattern

I have a definate Answer and I can prove it too. It is Possibly KGW News TV Helicopter, I was jsut out this morning as they were flying over and they had the exact same lighting system. I think they are safety lights /strobes.

What has happen is that the video has been replaced that's why they told us to not contact media and to contact them and send your video to The UFO investigators people. Just remember that the government aka "big brother" is watching us all!!

This is just a kite, people in the clearmeadows neighborhood in the Fishers Landing part of Vancouver were flying it the past few nghts.

We saw this Saturday at approx. 11:30pm over Sherwood/Tigard area.
