Sony Being Charged With CFAA

Sony’s motion to dismiss is granted, {with the exception of the claim under CFAA}.
The motion to strike is denied. Plaintiffs shall file any amended complaint within 20 days of the date of this order.

Sony Had thought they were winning and had everything dropped until a new charge CFAA (Computer Fraud and abuse act )was brought up.

So now here we have an interesting issue and I am not sure how it will pan out.
The situation is this. Sony is suing George Hots for Computer abuse and fraud and now Sony is being sued in turn for the same thing.

Can some one please explain how this will work? Because the dynamics at hand are just mind boggling .
