It is Sticking at 230 Feet Here in Castle Rock WA

In truth I can not Fault any Weather man For all these issues, Every one has there unique Way of analyzing the data and the Computers that they are using are state of the art and they maybe fast, but even there state of the art super computers can not update as they haven't any models to compare them to.
The good news is that the software is able to "Learn" the changning pattersn..Ah Heck it's a crap shoot .

* ACCUMULATION... A TRACE TO 1 INCH OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE... EXCEPT 2 TO 4 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE ABOVE 500 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES... AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.
