My cat got me up at 4:00 am to play ball, as always, and when I looked out what did I see but snow! It is now 8:10 am and still snowing and I am just off hwy 30 on the wouth end of Scappoose. We now have 4+ inches of the white stuff. The cat is experiencing his first winter. Second snow but first was just a dusting.
