Three apartments have fire damage, the other three have smoke/water damage. All residents including the animals got out safe. Fire was so hot it melted the siding on the building behind it.

Fire was at Sir Charles court, fire started in top level unit and spread to unit next door & below. Tenant wasnt home when the fire started, however the man in the neighboring unit said fire moved so fast he only had time to grab his dog and run
