Tree was leaning. PUD was onsite to lower power lines so Ashplund cut drop them. But too late. Tree fell well PUD was in the bucket. Nearly got hit. The tree snapped one pole and several lines. Many of the poles on the same street are leaning now. Several block radius with out power.
