ROOSTER ROCK STATE PARK, Ore. - Without the typical rain and wind Sunday afternoon, the Columbia River appears as smooth as glass.

The Columbia River water level is running a bit high on Sunday, as it flows through stair railings and partially submerging a boat dock ramp.

A few trees within the park were also in the water on the south side of the park between the boat ramp and I-84.
