SOUTHEAST PORTLAND - SE Johnson Creek Blvd. is closed between SE Bell Ave. and SE 70th Ave. because of high water. Barricades have been placed and traffic is being detoured on a short route from SE Johnson Creek Blvd. to SE 70th Ave. then SE Overland St. and returning to SE Bell Ave.
