SOUTHEAST PORTLAND - In addition to Johnson Creek Blvd. being closed near SE Bell Ave., the Bell Ave. bridge crossing Johnson Creek next to the the Bell Station store is also closed because of the high water.

Although the water is not passing over the bridge deck, the raging flood water was seen thrusting onto the steel span beams beneath the road deck.
