SOUTHEAST PORTLAND - Floodwaters submerged a one-half mile section of the Springwater Corridor Trail between SE 102nd Ave. and about 500 feet east of SE 111th Ave, and at the SE Foster Rd. crossing.
The flooded section of the trail passes several automotive recycling facilities and the depth is up to about one foot deep in some spots.
Further to the east in Gresham, floodwaters sumberged the Hogan Ave. underpass, which will require the trail users to use the high water bypass route by crossing SE hogan Ave.
