Thank's for all the replies. I looked in my Humming Bird book and I think you all are right, except for Fred. What is twitterpaitted??

This is an Anna's hummer. The red forehead is the key to his ID. Since his gorgets are not illuminated, they look black in thepicture, but would be red if inthe light.

That's definitely an Anna's Hummingbird. We have a male that looks very similar to that one that comes to my feeder throughout the day. Once you learn their sound, you realize they're everywhere in Portland, and it stays year round. Enjoy.

My fiancé and I have determined that's just Fred, he likes to hang out in the branches of trees and watch the lady birds just flutter by. Especially in the spring when all the birds are twitterpaitted. :)

I would say that it is an Anna's Hummingbird.
