You maybe wondering why I am posting this story on line. Well, For some the only thing holding them back from transitioning to linux is a simple and easy to use Video Editor. and my friends this is about as simple as they come.
Linux is not with out its fault, it still has issues handling AVCHD files. but other then that, this video is a testament to what Linux is capable of doing. I am Currently running Ubuntu 10.10. This New video editor has many features including wipes , fades, and various effects.
You can add multiple tracks and then even render the videos in various formats. HD Video.Hey, for a free video editor I have no complaints. There are ways to make subtitles and other features. It most definitely will give windows video editor a run for its money.
I do recommend a computer that has at least 1 gig of ram.
The system I am using which is running at 512 has issues.
