they were on their way to the rose festival and for some reason chose to dock that night in st helens

probably picking up supplies . Maybe there enjoying the scenery ? Or may there just checking on things. I would venture to say like the police, the Coast Guard can bring there ships and boats to do what ever is needed..Heck maybe they went to lunch?

I noticed them docked there that day. Anyone know why?
