On Saturday June 11, 2011 I was sitting in my bedroom when I heard a load noise that sounded like we were under siege. I went outside and the Coast Guard Helicopter was flying so close to the water we figured someone must have jumped off the bridge. However they had the CG Boat nearby so a bit confused as to what was happening. Finally a member was lowered into the water and the helicopter eventually flew away. The CG Boat came and picked up the member and up river towards Rose Festival they went. How bizarre was that?

Hi, this would be easier to read if the pictures weren't sideways, "guard" was spelled right AND the article indicated a Guardian was part of the exercise.
