I am sending these photos in to let you know how much the people of Lewis County need help. These photos were taken by a co-worker who had organized a relief effort in our community, he spent all of last week taking donations of clean up supplies, diapers and clothing, canned food, bottled water, livestock feed, storage bins. They need everyday living items, socks and shoes, toiletries, coats, appliances and heaters! There is still a lot that can and needs to be done. I watch KATU every morning and I have not seen any coverage about this area that has been devastated by recent flooding.
