What to do on 103 dgree day!

I am a race official at Portland International Raceway. I am the "cook" for the drivers, crews and volunteers at the track. A couple of years ago, it was VERY hot at the track. On the Sunday we were emptying our coolers of ice. Well my Shih Tzu took advantage of the ice. Not only was he laying in it, he was also eating it!!
