Suzan - The lights on Mount Hood are Timberline Lodge. They're being defused as they shine through a cloud bank in front of the mountain. The meteor is the small streak to the right of the summit. The others are star trails. :)

Beautiful snapshot! I just want to know though...what am I seeing? What is the bright light in the middle of Hood? And which one is the Perseid? Aren't those just stars out there? Awesome photo though.
