Nice shot Paul. Yes in this area with our crazy winds and mountains we get these cool clouds. Paul wouldn't photoshop and post as a real picture anyway

It's not a photo-shopped cloud. I drove along I-90 in WA one day and watched puffy clouds turn into those. It's done by the wind and it's pretty cool to watch.

It is real. I live near here in the High Prairie area. Cloud formations similar to this often occur over the mountains during the summer months. What a beautiful place to live.

I saw this same cloud while on a Horizon flight approach to PDX yesterday evening. It is a real weather phenomenon and not a photoshop. No big deal but a beautiful display of nature.
