Outside of our place of business they started construction on the street. Today we witnessed 5 men standing around the hole while 1 woman was digging. Maybe this is why constrution around Portland takes so long to finish and costs so much money.....

Unfortunately, you could take a snapshot of any business and get the same results at some point in a work day. Show the video of this happening all day and that's when you've discovered a problem.

Thats why they tried calling us portland, the city that works because of a story years ago that caught city employees running errands and slacking off on the clock. The city that procrastenates and overpaid is more like it. I see it all the time.
