Some idiot smoking at the Rose Quarter Transit Center while sitting directly next to a sign that says No Smoking! ARGH!

No Smoking? Says Who?

While waiting for a bus at the Rose Quarter Transit Center I saw this genius sitting next to a no smoking sign while smoking. Didn't even ask if the others around minded. Had another identical experience at 82nd and Foster. It's time for Trimet to remind people about the no smoking policy.

If I had a dollar for every person I have seen since I started university who smoked in a public no-smoking area, my student debt would be paid in full. And usually when they ask them to move, the smoker just blows the smoke out and says, "No."

T. Long: Photo was taken from a public domain where there is no expectation of privacy and that makes photograph legal. No permission is needed to photograph from public domain and publish in the U.S.

Not sure it legal to post someones picture on a public website without there permission. Might want to check into that before you post pictures of someone breaking the law.
