I came home to see this in the parking lot of my apartment complex in Beaverton, Oregon at Wyndhaven Apatments, Ocotober 16, 2011 5:18pm.

I'm guessing the Toyota's breaks weren't working, and it got stuck at full throttle. We have to blame the device, not the user!
