I don't think fishing is allowed right by the falls? I think you have to be below the bridge that is just down from the falls? Fish spawn just below the falls...

He may not have caught it right by the falls. He may have only had the picture taken there.

I caught the fish at the very base of Young River Falls. There are no cables and it it totaly legal. Go your self and you will see them jumping like crazy!
