Slamming that photoshop filter slider all the way to the right doesn't make a picture better.

Looks like they used the topaz plugin..pretty blurry.

@PDXJerk...you're a jerk @Anonymous...if you look closesly all the trees are in focus. The photo is HDR, which is a combination of three different exposures. Since it was windy, the leaves appear blurry.
