You see this everywhere. A dirty diaper left in the fire ring, behind a tree, around a corner. Every single camp area in Oregon has them. They don't decompose so we might as well make it the Oregon State Flower. They are here to stay.

Yeah while in the Job Corps, back in 92-93 we came across them.One was dumb enough to leave an envelope with there name and address..well..at least it fell out of there rig..the feds located the person and fined them $1,000..
