Once a break in the rain allowed me an afternoon walk, I came across some substantial flooding along SE Stark Street and 113th Ave. Cars had to slow down and merge into the center lanes to avoid driving through the deep pools of rainwater. Some vehicles became aware of the flooding too late to merge, sending great wakes of water through the air as they passed.
