Lunar Eclipse Sat Dec 10, 2011

This was the last picture I took before the fog came in at 5:56 AM. Unfortunately it came in just 10 minutes before totality. I was using a 100mm f/7.65 refractor telescope on a computerized tracking mount and a Nikon D7000 camera. Four second exposure at ISO 200. Some sharpening was applied using Photoshop. You can see three fairly bright stars to the lower left. They are slightly trailed because the mount was tracking the moon, not the stars.
