This is was the scene at 3:30 this afternoon on Hwy 26 Eastbound. Bumper to bumper waiting for several accidents to clear. Atleast 8" of snow on top of the summit. What turned into an afternoon of playing in the snow resulted in 6 hours of family frustration in the SUV.
