Mysterious photo of unique creature sighted Sunday morning in Happy Valley. The Snow snake, (Hypsiglena Sastrugi), is rarely seen in populated areas like Portland. Most recently photographed in isolated, desolate areas like Antarctica, where they migrate each year for breeding. ;-)
