First picture taken Thursday 1/19/12 on South Abiqua Rd, Scotts Mills, Oregon. Water run off from the hillside was coming across the road like a "creek." Marion County workers arrived and cleared the debris that was clogging the culvert that runs under the road...huge chunk gone from the creekside of the road...will need a huge repair as the damage runs under the road making traveling on the creek side very dangerous!
