Three inches of heavy snow fell near Skyline on Tuesday morning. After some tree branches broke from the weight, I shook the snow off of trees and shrubs that were bending low. But first, I took some pictures. The Jelena witchhazels have been in full bloom for a week. Snow did not seem to hurt the flowers.
